Our Ministries
The humanitarian agency of the church dedicated to serving the poor, the sick, and the needy in our local Utawala community.
The Dorcas Society, often referred to as Adventist Community Services (ACS), is the outreach arm of our church. Following the example of Dorcas in the Bible (Acts 9:36), who was "full of good works and charitable deeds," we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus in Utawala.Our mission is to serve the whole person, a concept known as holistic ministry. We do not just hand out food; we build relationships and restore dignity.
Our Core Services:
Food Pantry: Providing emergency food baskets to families in crisis.
Clothing Drive: Collecting and distributing gentle-used clothes to those who need them.
Visitation: Visiting the sick in hospitals and the elderly in their homes.
Disaster Response: Mobilizing to help when local emergencies strike.
